Instead of writing his own research papers, he resort to copying other's dissertations. Simple as it is, the drawing set us sinking in awfully. Accordingly, what this far-reaching picture depicts witnesses a common phenomenon in today's society: Some scientists or researchers are not do experiments but plagiarize other's research results. It goes without saying that its symbolic message that the problem of intellectual honesty is an vital issue to the healthy development of our science and technology cause, has gone beyond the picture itself。

　　Why do we lay much emphasis upon this? The most important point analyzed below might equip us with the deeper understanding of what we head for.  Suppose that every scientist or researcher does not do experiment, but plagiarise  others' research results, then what would happen? There would be no academic credibility and people would no longer believe what the scientists say. Since scientists are noble elites of society, if their words are unreliable, then the credibility of the whole society would deteriorate and collapse. Consequently, no issue stands as critical to build up intellectual honesty as ironing out plagiarizing others' research results。
