　　2015年即将收官，环保部完成了9个大气污染防治重点城市的来源解析工作。其中北京、杭州、广州、深圳的首要污染来源是机动车，石家庄、南京是燃煤，天津、上海、宁波分别是扬尘、流动源、工业生产。
　　
The 2015 is ending soon, Ministry of Environmental Protection finished source apportionment work of 9 main air pollution control cities. And Beijing, Hangzhou, Guangzhou and Shenzhen’s main pollution source is motor vehicle. Shijiazhuang, Nanjing’s main pollution source is fire coal. Tianjin is raise dust, Shanghai is mobile source of pollution and Ningbo is industrial production.
　　
　　对于杭州的雾霾，有网友提出疑问，难道是北方的雾霾吹过来了？对此，浙江省环境监测中心工程师王晓元表示：“根据监测数据显示，造成杭州雾霾的空气污染物主要是由本地产生的，排放量比较稳定，没有明显变化。由于气象原因，空气污染物不能迅速扩散。
　　
As for Hangzhou’s haze, some people ask that does the haze be blown from North? The engineer of Zhejiang environment monitoring center, Wang Xiaoyuan says”according to monitoring data, the main cause of Hangzhou haze is in local. The emission is stable and doesn’t have obvious change. Because of meteorological factors, the air pollution can’t spread rapidly. ”
　　
　　浙江大学地球科学系教授翟国庆说，历史上人类活动对大气影响较弱的年代，雾和霾也会不时出现，因为自然的循环过程中也会产生气溶胶粒子，只不过这些气溶胶粒子被视为背景气溶胶，而那时雾-霾主要受空气中水汽变化来控制。
　　
Dr Zhai Guoqing from Zhejiang University earth sciences department says in the times that human activities influence air weakly, fog and haze wouldn’t appear usually. The nature circulation produces aerosol particle as well. But these aerosol particles are seem as background aerosols, and in that time, fog and haze is mainly controlled by the water vapor in air.
　　
　　随着人类活动的加剧，这一现象在我国近三十余年出现了显著的变化，气溶胶影响显著加重，因此，，当今的雾-霾不仅受到空气中水分多少和分布的影响，还受到人为排放的大气气溶胶显著增加的影响。
　　
With the human activities growing intensely, this situation changed a lot in our country in the recent 30 years. The aerosol particle influence much more. So , now, the fog and haze are not only influences by the quantity and distribution of water in air, but also influenced by anthropogenic aerosol increase.
　　
　　他介绍，从人的视觉角度看，“雾”和“霾”都会降低能见度，许多人把能见度低的天气都叫作“霾天”，但雾霾日与污染日数不能完全划等号。
　　
He introduces from people’s view to see, fog and haze both can reduce visibility. And many people call the day that has low visibility as “haze day”. But the number of fog and haze days is not just the number of pollution days.

It also means the day with low visibility maybe the air quality is good. And the day that has good visibility maybe the PM2.5 exceeds. Because the reasons that influence visibility have water vapor, water drop, ice particles, PM and so on.
